MuVola APS was founded to cultivate spaces of listening, creation, and research through the voice, the body, and the practice of improvising together.

THE VISION

What We Do

MuVola APS is a social promotion association founded in early 2023, working in the field of vocal improvisation, circlesinging, collaborative singing, and participatory performing arts.

We promote projects of training, artistic creation, and research connected to singing - both individual and collective - bringing local communities and international networks into dialogue, with the aim of making music an accessible, inclusive, and transformative experience.

Through workshops, residencies, festivals, and international collaborations, MuVola supports the development of a conscious artistic community, capable of integrating musical practice, relationship, and critical thinking.

Our Pillars

Trainings and Pedagogy
We design training programs dedicated to contemporary vocal improvisation, aimed at artists, teachers, facilitators, and communities, to develop artistic-musical, pedagogical, and relational skills.

Artistic Performances
Artistic residencies and performative actions that highlight vocal improvisation as a contemporary language and activate cultural spaces and historical heritage as places of creation and participation.

Community Engagement, Social Inclusion, and Well-being
We create spaces for encounter and belonging, promoting active participation, inclusion, and well-being through collective musical practice.

Research and Collaborations
We support artistic and pedagogical research in vocal improvisation, engaging in dialogue with national and international realities, contributing to the development and recognition of the field at a European and international level.

Local Roots & International Networks

We cultivate long-term local and international partnerships that support artistic mobility, transnational knowledge exchange, and the activation of cultural heritage as a living site of creation, dialogue, and collective practice.
